You can help change this by raising vital funds for research into this childhood cancer as you prepare for Run2Cure.

When you register for the run you will be given your own fundraising page on GoFundraise which you can then share with your community.

Training Plans

Plans are 10 weeks in duration (with the exception of the 5k Beginner plan which is 12 weeks).

Our friends at North Shore Running and Outdoor Fitness have provided us with several work-outs you can do from home. No fancy gym equipment will be needed and work-outs are appropriate for all levels of fitness.
